Doctor was straight forward with his explanation

I came into the surgery and went straight to desk to sign in. The receptionist said that she signed me in. After being there for 45 minutes I asked how long until I'm going to be seen, Just to be told that I hadn't been signed in and that the nurse had gone home. My appointment that I turned up early for had to be re-booked.
I recieved an email this morning stating I had missed my appointment and to make sure I call up in future if I'm not able to make an appointment so they could give my appointment slot to someone else...as if me turning up for my appointment and the receptionist not doing her job is my fault

Actually Excellent, I always tell people how excellent my G.P is , had a very bad experience at Queens EPU during miscarriage, when I came to my G.P for routine appointment due to abdominal pain, he took his time to listen, exam and gave me a clear plan . I am very grateful DR Peter Naseem Sacheecha.
