Description of the location

·                     (The premises and the area around them, access, adaptations, equipment, facilities, suitability for relevant special needs, staffing & qualifications etc)

• The building is an NHS 2-storey Health Centre with automatic double doors at the entrance to make it easier for disabled patients. The building hosts 4 GP Surgeries as well as other primary health care services.
• Our Practice has 4 consulting rooms and 1 treatment room on the ground floor.
• The manager’s office and admin room are located on the first floor.
• There is a small kitchen, staff and public toilets located on both floors.
• There are 2 lifts at the entrance.
